RULES AND WAIVERS

Submissions. All remarks, ideas, photos, videos, graphics or other information submitted by you to us via email, YouTube links, or other media will forever become the property of Just Koz Entertainment. If for any reason any rights in any such submissions are not assigned, you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid up license to use such submissions for any purpose whatsoever including the right to sub license but not limited to promotional purposes. We will not be required to treat any submission as confidential, and we will not be liable for any ideas and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in our future products or operations. We will be entitled to use your submissions for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, including posting on a Fan Site or other web site, without compensation or credit to you or any other person. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all material you submit, and that you, not us, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright. You understand that you are responsible for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, or any other tort, for your submission and agree to indemnify us for all losses and costs arising out of your submission that is posted on any of our sites. I understand that Just Koz Entertainment makes no representation that my video will be used in any way whatsoever.

Editing, Deleting, and Modification

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information, or other content appearing on the Fan Sites.

Rules

  1. Your submission can not contain any abusive, inflammatory or obscene photos, language or video.
  2. You are responsible for uploading video to YouTube. Any questions regarding the video format or procedure to upload should be directed to YouTube.
  3. The only music accompanying the video will be the new single, “Life In The Fast Lane” by Dave Koz, downloaded from iTunes.
  4. You must still be a current member of Join The Koz on September 16, 2008. If your membership is due to expire prior to that date, you must renew before then.
  5. Once your submission is uploaded to YouTube, you will email the YouTube link with your name, mailing address and phone number to jtk@davekoz.com.
  6. All submissions become the property of Just Koz Entertainment.
  7. The winning entry will be announced on September 5, 2008. The winning entry may be posted on www.davekoz.com.
  8. The winner will receive two tickets to Dave’s Christmas show at the Wilshire Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday, December 13, 2008.

    9. If the winner lives outside the Los Angeles area, the package will also include two round-trip airline tickets from the closest major airport, one night at a Los Angeles hotel, a meet-and-greet with Dave and a photo with him. All transportation, meals, tips, any other hotel expenses (other than room charge and taxes) and other expenses incurred are the winner’s responsibility.
