OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING

1. SPONSOR: Universal Records South, a division of UMG Recording, Inc., 40 Music Square West, Nashville, TN 37203.

2. ENTRY: You may only enter these Sweepstakes via the Internet, beginning at 12:01 AM, June 4, 2008 and ending at 11:59 PM, September 30, 2008 (“Entry Period”). For purposes of these official rules (“Rules”), all times and each day of the Entry Period (“Day”) are Central Time. To enter, log on to randyhouser.com and follow entry instructions (“Entry”). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify Sponsor if your e-mail address (“Address”) changes. To update your Address send an e-mail with your previous Address, your new Address and “Anything Goes” In Vegas Sweepstakes” in the subject line to [universalsouthcontest@gmail.com].

3. LIMITATIONS: All Entries must be received by 11:59 PM, September 30, 2008. Only one Entry per person and per-mail account (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address). In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Address is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. If multiple Entries are received, only the first Entry will be considered and subsequent Entries will be disqualified. Open only to persons 18 or older upon entering who are legal residents of, and physically located in, the 48 contiguous states or D.C.(“Territory”) and not employees of Sponsor, Vivendi Universal, Universal Records South, or their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, or the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, “Entities”), nor members of their households or immediate families. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releases’”) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory, or Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, late, lost, misdirected, misrouted, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. PRIZES: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Round trip for two (2) to Las Vegas during the month of December 2008; including round-trip coach air transportation between the major metropolitan airport nearest winner’s home and Las Vegas from December 7, 2008 through December 9, 2008 (“Trip”), Hotel Accommodations, Tickets to a performance of tha National Finals Rodeo and more. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to and from the airport. Airline carrier regulations and conditions apply. Winner and companion must be available to make the Trip or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,500, which will vary depending upon point of departure and arrival and airfares. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse or domestic partner residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received.

5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, June 4th, and ends at 11:59 PM, September 30, 2008. On or about October 3, 2008, in a random drawing , winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNERS: The potential winners of the Grand Prize (“Winner”) will be notified by e-mail on or about October 4, 2007. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate Winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential Winner’s failure to respond to notification within ten (10) days after its mailing/transmission; [2] the return of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the return of any other notice or a prize as undeliverable; [4] potential Winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Address associated with the winning Entry; [5] potential Grand Prize Winner’s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days after its mailing; [6] potential Grand Prize Winner’s failure to be available to make the Trip; [7] potential First Prize Winner’s failure to claim a First Prize within ten (10) days after it is sent and [8] any other non-compliance with Rules. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary; and any minor must be accompanied on the Trip by his/her parent/legal guardian. Guest will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. All taxes are solely each winner’s responsibility; and the Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Grand Prize. 7. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering these Sweepstakes agrees that: [1] he/she will be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions; [2] the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; [3] the releasees are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; participation in these Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information; [4] the prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose); [5] winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor and assigns of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [6] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of these Sweepstakes, so that they cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select winners by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable; and in the event the Trip has already commenced, to terminate the Trip and return the winner and guest to any airport of origin as soon as reasonably possible; [7] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of these Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of the winners and distribution of the prizes; [8] any portion of the Grand Prize not accepted or used by the Grand Prize winner will be forfeited; [9] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; and [10] any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with these Sweepstakes will be ineligible for any prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
